Our final day in Bergen. We took the Ulriken cable car to the top of the Mount Ulriken. The view from Mount Ulriken is much more spectacular than Mount Floyen. And if we have known that, we would have come to Mount Ulriken first because the weather was so much better on the day we were at Mount Floyen. 30 minutes at Mount Ulriken, and it started to bucket down. And to think that we nearly signed up for the Vidden trail hike. We decided not to because of the weather forecast, and lucky that. I don't think I would have made it though the pouring rain, the howling wind and biting cold.
After hiding in the cafe for an hour waiting for the rain to stop, we gave up and took the cable car back down.
Lunch at Sostrene Hagelin to try out the Norwegian fishcake. It's not the fishcakes that most people would expect fishcakes are like. Not much fish taste to it. The texture is kinda similar to the Asian style fishballs. Having said that, I really like the fiskeburger.
