Wasn't planning on spending a full day at Suomenlinna but there are just too much ground to explore. It was foggy at Suomenlinna the whole day which apparently is quite unusual. The fog gave the whole place a haunting and sombre feel. We brought the combined ticket for the walking tour and entry to all 6 museums on the island. To be honest, beside the Suomenlinna museum, the other museums are a waste of time and money. We took a ferry from the market square to Suomenlinna. It's part of the public water bus service and only takes about 15mins to get there.

Cafe bar valimo. Salmon fish soup. And assorted trio sausages of mystery meat. We suspect we might have our first taste of elk.
